Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Syncope and PoTS service, in collaboration with experts from across the UK are proud to present this unique event.

Syncope and PoTS are commonly misdiagnosed and mismanaged, with devastating and sometimes fatal consequences for the patient.

This meeting is relevant to clinical champions, GPs, CCG clinical leads, nurse specialists/ practitioners and other members of the multidisciplinary team who commonly encounter patients with Syncope and Postural Tachycardia Syndrome in their clinical practice. Clinicians will be able to update their knowledge and also discuss how to manage the challenges presented by this patient group.

The day will offer the participant the opportunity to become better equipped in decision making and will offer perspectives from both primary and secondary care by way of interactive discussion and practical tips to help patient assessment (see programme)

If you have real challenges in caring for these patients in your clinical practice, this education day is for you.
